Mr. Marutyan Eduard Murad was born on September 8, 1973 in Yerevan. In 1995 has graduated from Yerevan Institute of National Economy, from 1998 to1999 has worked at "Armeconombank"OJSC as the Head of Foreign Currency and Conversion Department, thereafter as the Head of Dealing Centre, and from 1999 to 2005 has occupied the position of Armeconombank OJSC Deputy CEO.
Mrs. Hambaryan Anna Asqanaz was born on October 28, 1970 in Yerevan. In 2001 has graduated from Yerevan Institute of National Economy, from 2003 to 2006 has worked as an accountant at Armeconombank OJSC.
Taking into consideration that "Renesa" CJSC does not carry out a public allocation of issued shares and has no minority shareholders the company does not promulgate the information mentioned in sub-item 3, of item 25, of 166-N Resolution of the Central Bank of Armenia made on June 2, 2009 on "Approval of Procedure 8/03 about publication of information by banks, credit and insurance companies, insurance brokers, investment companies, central depository and payment companies conducting money transfer activities" according to item 25, sub-item 4 of the same Procedure.
