The company offers its clients a wide choice of foreign currency operations to service their import and export transactions, particularly:
· Being a member of “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” and having a terminal in its foreign currency trading desk allows the company to make foreign currency sale/purchase operations directly, without payment of bank commissions within the exchange rates fixed in the course of trading session with same day payments, as well as a possibility of 2 days delayed payments for its core customers.
· The company makes daily quotations on 6 foreign currencies included in the 1st group, which allow receiving operative information on market changes, make current transactions, and invest and manage funds more efficiently.
· The company also offers its customers to sign foreign currency forward and swap agreements with varying terms and conditions widely used in International practice for timely servicing of export and import transactions and fulfillment of contractual liabilities, as well as mitigation and hedging of risks connected with those transactions.
The above mentioned services are rendered on the basis of Service Agreement signed between the company and the customer. Documentation package necessary to become the customer of the company, as well as acceptance and execution of the application for conclusion of transactions are established by Procedure on Conduction of Operations, payments for operations and their calculation order are determined by Tariff Schedule and Procedure on Calculation of Tariffs.
Rendering of the abovementioned services to the customer from the company are as well regulated and defined on the basis of Rules of Conducting Brokerage Operations of “Renesa” CJSC.
